Loved the course. Filled with so many eye-opening nuggets as to what actually does (or doesn't) make us happier. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to learn more about the science of well-being.

This course is the best investment of my time in learning something useful and practical about how to increase my well-being. It is a balanced combination of academic teaching and practical work with yourself in order to discover how each scientific information is valid in real life.

Great course esp. for getting things straight for middle-aged people. I love the since mixed with everyday life takeaways. Lots of valuable insights. Everything so true. It's never too late to start nurturing sources of happiness. And professor Laurie Santos is a compelling mentor :)

I really enjoyed the science behind all of this, but it's definitely helped me think about what is important to me and what makes me happy, as well as then given me tools to add certain activities to my day - or take steps to assess why things aren't working and take steps to change.

I am beyond grateful for this course (being able to participate online, having amazing Dr Santos as a teacher, learning so many helpful stuff, experiencing new possibilities, gaining insights into psychological well-being and its correlates which I can use for writing my thesis etc.)

Highly recommended if you want to improve your well-being! Throughout my life I've implemented many of these practices into my life and saw a HUGE benefit. I learned even more from this course and had the chance to review the science behind it so I have a more complete understanding.

This course is wonderful. Laurie starts by breaking down everything you think you know about being happy and then rebuilds it. It's an important education everyone needs to have. There are weekly rewirements that let you put the theory into practice. I can honest say, I feel happier.

Highly recommend this course. The theoretical material is super interesting. The assignments are exciting little experiments on yourself that will really make a difference in your well-being. And I promise, you will bw in love with professor Laurie Santos by the end of first lecture.

The professor was awesome. I learn a lot about the Science of Well-Being. There was some surprised information that most people are not aware. It put a broader spectrum on what we thing we want and we can stop wasting money on unnecessary things in general. Hats off to the professor!

It has been a pleasure to listen to your videos. Sometimes it was not easy to find enough time in daily life even though it was just a few hours per week but I found them very motivating. It was not too much content per video and easy to remember everything you taught. Thanks a lot!

Really great course. I learned a great deal about the science but how I can apply the learnings to myself and enhance my own happiness. I hope to be a health and wellness coach and much of what I learned could be used to assist my clients. I have recommended the course to others.

Laurie was a great instructor. She explained well and backed up all of her teachings with studies and great support. She spoke in laymans terms so we all understood. She was patient and understanding with assignments and guided the class well! I would take another class from her!

I enjoyed the course so much and Dr. Santos is enjoyable to learn from. It was helpful teaching how to avoid pitfalls of wanting the wrong things in life and wanting what will really make you happy. Once you take the time to do the work, you will understand how valuable it truly is.
