The course has added professional competency with a certification from Google to my achievement as an IT specialist. It's the beginning of greater things to be achieved with coursera. I am absolutely impressed and delighted

Really good first course. I do have some extensive experience in the field and am taking the courses to add certifications to that experience. There are many past employees of mine that could have benefited from this info

Loved this! The learning is interesting, challenging and I love the pace yourself format. All the teachers are great and Labs are so much fun. I learned things I have always wanted to know but didn't think I could learn.

It was a really great refresher for some things I already knew, and a little challenging for the "Networking" portion because I am not too comfortable with Networking. I look forward to continuing onto my Course 2 and more.

Very good course. I work as operations manager and manage customer support centre so I decided to look into this course to see if there is anything I should improve in my team. I really love the way the course is presented.

Overall, the course was instructional and informative while remaining easy to follow. There were nuggets of information seemingly at every turn and this left me encouraged and excited to move forward with the next courses.

I enjoyed this course and looking forward to learn more. It was very interactive and relevant so there wasn't a dull moment and the real life scenarios of how the tutors started in the IT field was very motivating for me.

Really helped me get a solid foundation on a lot of IT fundamentals. Instructions were clear and concise when they needed to be and detailed when further explanation was required. Instructors were friendly and professional

Very user-friendly with a simplicity to understand the content provided in smaller bites so it is easier to digest. Also, the instructors are engaging, making you look forward to seeing each of them again in later modules.

This was a great introduction into this course. Lot's of subjects were covered, but only really on the surface level. I'm definitely looking forward to doing a deep dive into some of these subjects in the upcoming modules.
