This course really helped me to understand the history of computer and all the knowledge and skills to a new perspective of technology and it helps daily activity and tackling issues regarding of computer and communication problems.

This course was a lot of fun. Helped make things more clearer. I thought I knew the ins and outs of a computer but taking this course helped me understand a lot more. The actual names and definitions. It was definitely worth taking!

This was a great first course for an up and coming IT professional. I am not a beginner, but I am not advanced, and this was informative, helpful, informational, and whetted my appetite for IT all the way through each week's module.

i heartily thanks to coursera team. but there are one problem that i'm faces is earned certificate. in this time i have not my citizenship is not available to verify id. and i have no driving licences can you help me to other way .

Very good course; Much less time required than 6 weeks to review the material. I grew up with a father who built and repaired computers, so a lot of this came fairly naturally to me, which helped me feel excited about the materials.

Over the course of the course, I have learned about the fundamentals of software and hardware, operating systems, networking, security, troubleshooting, and non-technical topics such as customer service and job interview techniques.

I really feel this course provided the foundation for building toward a career in IT. I imagine by the time i finish the entire thing, i will be ready to move on to the A+ and other certifications that are in demand in the industry.

The Technical Support Fundamentals course filled in some knowledge gaps I had in the IT field. I am looking forward to the other five modules, currently on week three of Bits and Byte of Networking. Thank you again for the course.

I hated Computer since i got C in my exam but this course is on a different level. Another reason to see that quarantine is also helping me by the way. If it would have been normal days i would never have looked for this site even.

For a basic course in IT support you guy hit the nail on the head. It was easy to understand and well presented. The pop up questions help to dive home important concepts. The test were taken from the information presented as well.

Great to pick up the basics and review things you already know! They do a great job of building up your knowledge and showing you how to access their virtual machine, getting you ready for larger things to come in the next courses!

Very clear and straight to the point. The exams did a good job at checking my knowledge as I progressed through the course. I also enjoy reading the explanations on my incorrect answers. I watched it at 1.5x which suits me better.

I was really impressed with this course. It shaped me for the IT world as well as customer service and how to communicate with customers when hands on....I'm happy I took this course and look forward to experiencing my new skills.

As a 54 year old person this way of taking a course, of learning something new, was new for me. I did had to get used to it, but really enjoyed every part. The content is good, starting with the basics, preparing for what to come.
