course title is a bit misleading. it is about Property Management, however, it predominantly focuses on the technological side (which programs will be useful in the future). this aspect of PM will certainly play a role in the future, but there is more to property management than using AI and VR. what about various leasing strategies? the difference between net lease, gross lease? how to conduct a rent analysis? i was hoping the course would be a bit more in depth and not predominantly about software tools

I really enjoyed the class! This served as an introduction to Coursera and what opprotunities lie here. The only critique I have on this course is I would've perfered a more in depth look into the legal terms or real world scenerios of working as a property manager. I think AI and 3D printing is very useful in our society today, however I think there are greater skills to learn than how these new advances will make the job easier.
