Very well structured, and information was easy follow. Learning was made easy by the progression of the assignments. I really enjoyed being able to go at my own pace!

All of the instructors were very professional and i enjoyed learning about IT support, looking forward to learning more, also shared my experience with my coworkers.

It was really beneficial for foundational knowledge. I was always thinking about how to start in IT and how to find resources. Finally, I found the Google IT course.

I have just completed one of these courses and it was great but why cant i access the remaining 4 i thought it was supposed to be a 5 course in 1 certificate pathway

Perfect course for someone that has no idea how to work around computers. It teaches you the very basics to understand how computers work without being overwhelming.

Excellent fundamental class. I enjoyed the video instructions. Makes more sense when an expert is explaining the material rather than just reading and taking a test.
