This is a really good course as a refresher or for someone who doesn't know much about computers but wants to learn more. It sets a good foundation of fundamentals that you need later in your IT career.

Well organized course. The quizzes, discussion prompts, and exercises as well as supplemental readings were not too advanced. They were challenging enough to test if I retained the information provided.

i am very satisfied with this online course and l believe anyone that takes the course seariously would or could become well equiped with sufficient knowledg to know how IT and computer in general works
