An interesting and useful course that covered many valuable concepts such as customer support, interview prep, and understanding the foundational basics of hardware, software, and the troubleshooting process.

i have learned many things that i didn't know. and this course is motivating me to not only pursue a career in IT, but to also work on other computer on my spar time (Like my old laptop i thought was broken)

The content was somewhat challenging at times especially the content on networking but with a little bit of dedication and explanation from the mentors I pulled through. I am excited for what the future holds
