Love this course. I really look forward every day to continue with this course. I have already ordered all the parts from an online build so I can put my own PC together.

There are a lot of interesting topics in this course. If you'd like to know more about computers, how to use them, and what makes them run, this is a good place to start.

This course kept me on track. I liked how I could go back and review work I did and look up areas for further research later when additional circumstances permitted that.

Through the courses, I learned a lot about various aspects of IT support during my training, including troubleshooting, networking, operating systems, security, and more.

It is really fundamental for IT support specialists. All Presentations are amazing. They are clear and on point. thanks a million for the tutorials and other supplements.

In order to gain a base understanding for someone with very little knowledge this is a very well rounded course to place at side any anxieties and gain the skills needed.

I love how the videos are short but impactful. I coulds sit through a whole hour or two and not realise because they are such short videos and you get time to understand

the course was good. however little details were provided, since some people are beginners, they require more detail and i think google and coursera will improve on that.

Overall a good course for beginner and intermediate. I got a little bit confused on calculating bits and bytes & also the fundamentals of computer like RAM, ROM, BUS, CPU
