I was not sure what to expect for this course. I had a fairly good understanding of AI but I ended up learning a lot and getting some good information. It was done in a manner that allowed me to work on it in short bursts or long periods. The assignments helped me to apply concepts and cement them. The videos were well done. The quizzes were not too picky. The cadence of the course was good. I wanted to keep working on it and finished it earlier than expected. Good job Google!

(that says a lot!) and I understood the content, big kudos to the Google A.I. team, you rock!

It's an excellent intro to AI basics and taught me to be a more discerning media consumer. To me, at this time, I can appreciate some of its benefits (mostly technical tasks), but am very wary of the promises made about productivity, privacy and safety. Scraping the internet without permission of and compensation to content creators is exploitive and unethical. As a writer, I can do without AI's help.

Using the coach dialog feature after a few modules was truly an innovative way to use AI while learning. I knew very little about AI and have never used it so this was an excellent introduction. I took the time to actually complete all the assignments/activities and it took me 16.5 hours to complete the course, so much more than the 9 hours in the course info. Still, you need to do the activities to actually get the learning. Well worth it. I am excited about taking on my own projects!
